Marc Samwer

is the co-founder and former Co-CEO of the Jamba! Group, which was acquired by VeriSign in June 2004. Jamba! is the leading wireless entertainment company for music, videos and games on cell phones. Before Jamba!, Samwer and his brothers were Managing Directors of eBay Germany which is eBay's most successful international marketplace.

Before eBay, Marc Samwer and his brothers had founded Alando, the leading German online auction company which was acquired by eBay in June 1999. He studied law in Berlin, Geneva and Cologne and executive education (finance) at Stanford University and London Business School.
