Andy Goldstein, Executive Director, LMU Entrepreneurship Center & Chief Operating Officer, Europe – Avanquest Software SA (AVQ), is a serial entrepreneur who began his first European venture 25 years ago, after graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is the Founder of MediaGold, a group of software publishing companies he sold to Avanquest in 2003, where he is now COO Europe and a Board Member.

In addition to his responsibilities at Avanquest, Andy is the Executive Director of the LMU Entrepreneurship Center in Munich at the Ludwig Maximilians Universität where he teaches a Masters course in Entrepreneurial Growth Management. He is also the Chairman of the Entrepreneurial Impact International Summer School, a joint initiative of the Entrepreneurship Centers at the four Munich Universities, LMU, TU, the University of the Bundeswehr and the Hochschule Munich. Andy is married, father of two children and is a highly prolific poet.
